David's practice focuses on negligence committed by the United States and its agencies, such as the U.S. Dept. of Veterans Affairs and others, and on petitions for compensation for vaccine injuries. David has brought successful medical malpractice and personal injury claims against multiple agencies and has negotiated settlements throughout the country.

David has worked extensively with veterans and began his legal career as an attorney advisor at the Board of Veterans Appeals within the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. In that position, he assisted in the adjudication of appeals for veterans’ benefits claims. While in Law School, he also served as the Chair of the Veterans Legal Clinic and President of the Veterans Law Society, where he provided legal services to homeless veterans and helped create a Veterans Benefits course at UCLA.

David is a veteran, himself, and comes from a family of veterans. His father, grandfather, and both of his sisters all served in either the United States Army, Air Force, or Navy. David served five years as an enlisted Marine, deploying to Desert Shield/Storm.
