VETERANS SERVING VETERANS

Melissa’s practice focuses on negligence committed by the United States and its agencies, such as the U.S. Dept. of Veterans Affairs and others. While in law school, she focused on litigation and pre-suit problem solving in mediation, negotiation, and arbitration with her school’s Alternative Dispute Resolution competition and ADR board.
 

She graduated from the University of Richmond School of Law and was sworn into the Virginia State Bar in 2023 and is excited to start her career working with and learning from an experienced and respected group of medical malpractice attorneys.
